hi. im a little curious about what the numbers on bags of soil mean.like ill look at a bag of soil or fertilizer or something and it has numbers on it like 8-24-8 or something.i dont know if thats an actual number or not but its weird and confusing.i have no idea what to do.please help me! Duh

The numbers are the percentage of nitrogen, phosporus, and potassium in the fertilizer.
You're example would have 8% nitrogen, 24% phosporus, and 8% potassium in it.
