HI it s me again,
today i ve cut my plants in the hanging basket(don t remember what kind) and i d like to take them inside in front of my patio door in the living room but i want to put an organic insecticide but one i can make sure it kills all the bugs as i don t want any in my house.i d like if possible a home made one that acts very quikly, any suggestions.
thank you.
I hope someone has an answer to your question I'd love to know too. I'm using the lemon dishwashing liquid and water on some spidermites I think I may have in the kitchen plants. But I don't think it's the kind of thing you are looking for.
Tammy,
i also use dishwashing liquid in my plants,it s good but if someone s got a faster action i like to know also before it s too cold and the poor plants freezes before i could put them inside;what are spidermites, got to look it up.
thank you.
I use a mixture of habanero peppers, garlic, mineral oil, and Dawn dishwashing soap.
I put the peppers and the garlic into the juicer then mix the oil and soap to make a concentrate then when I need it I dilute it with water.
Don't really have a recipe for it, just mix it by feel.
When juicing the peppers be very careful, the fumes from the peppers will REALLY get to you.
I use a combination of dish washing liquid and garlic to-did think of adding mineral oil tks!
Amigatec,
i ll sure try that one,are habanero peppers the hot kind,a bit like jalapino.
thanks very much.
i usually just soak mine in a bucket of water for about an hour, to kill (drown) any buggies!
Jiifymouse, I have got to try your suggestion, I also use dishwashing liquid.
