Has anyone used this Stamps.com.
I'm curiuos if anyone liked it and felt was worthwhile.
It would save me trips to PO and then would have to keep more ink handy.
it says $15 a month..is that BEFORE purchaseing any postage?

I saw a big news thing the other night about the new Photo Stamps! People are putting Charles Manson, Hitler, serial killers galore, all kinds of low-life scum that would never be on a REAL stamp, on a REAL stamp! shk I've tried to get on there many times and make a stamp with Lola on it, but keep getting "Page Cannot Be Displayed". nutz

As far as the other question, about would it be worth $15. a month to print your own postage.....
Well, I think that would depend on how many times a month you had to go to the post office! I used to sell stuff on ebay and had to go almost every single day. I hated it. I would have GLADLY paid that to just take my packages out to the mailbox from the house! No doubt! wink

I don't know anything about stamps.com, but I did see something on The Screensavers (on G4/techtv) about PhotoStamps It wouldn't be for everyday stamps, but it would be cool to use it if you had some kind of large party and you wanted something special for the invites. The Screensavers said that they had the same problems with people putting pictures of less desireable people on them, but that they were working on a way to contol that. From what I've heard, they are still working on that and that it was only available for a short time because it was an experiment by the US Postal Service. So, my advice, go to the site, look around and if you like what you see and the idea of it, email USPS and tell them you want it back. My thought, if USPS gets enough email feedback from it, they will bring it back.
