I'd say that both of these are Kalanchoes.
The first one looks like Kalanchoe Gastonis-Bonnieri
("Donkey's Ear" or "Mule's Ear")
And the second would be Kalanchoe Daigremontiana
("Mother of Thousands")

I have both of those and LOVE them! The second one, the Mother of Thousands, reproduces like crazy. Those are babies that form on the edges of the leaves. Wonderful plants.
