I'm thinking with Barley---reminds me of my dads mimosa tree only on a much smaller scale.

We have some weeds around here that I thought were mimosa trees, but, of course they were not. It's always possible, though. Duh It sure looks like a mimosa!! smile Sue

Big, up to 40feet, BIG.
The one in my yard had been cut down and the younger sprouts that came from the stump were about 15 feet tall(I guess) I dont know how old it was.

Looks like mimosato me too. I have the mimosa pudica seeds and haven't planted those yet, but they consider those a shrub. The leaves close up when you touch them and open back up later, which is why they call it Sensitive plant.

the funny thing is im after some trees!
ive got to do some planting around a lake we just got.
this little fella wont do because the landowner has got ancient woodland near by!
i dont think he would be too happy with me :rolleyes:
