I have this nice looking green clump of stuff that smells nice if you rub it with your fingers. It's kind of herb like, not sure what it could be though. My SIL has the same thing down at her place, and it's about 3'x3'. I love him, but want to know what his name is. Rather not keep calling him Herbie. wink

Sorry, I know its a bit on the dark side.

Your instincts were right. I'd have gone with Fernie, must be a gender thing. wink (Fern like Herb)

Yep, that's what it looks like to me...
Beautiful yellow flowers, but I guess can
be invasive..
I've never grown it, so keep us posted on it!!!

Supposed to be good for beneficials to your gardens, and a bad bug deterant...

Wow thats excellent! I didn't expect that at all...coolio. This clump isn't too far from my roses, and I've read it's supposed to be good for deterring japanese beetles I think, not sure now but I know something good for the roses wink Thanks!

Well, I still call the wild prunella 'Murtie'. It's a name that came to me when I was digging a small patch for it. It grows wild in the grass on our lot.

I like it when it's green, but I don't really like the flowers it makes.
