Succulent or not? And what shall we call her??

I'm hoping someone may be able to identify the attached for me...

It's a beautiful succulent like ground cover that seems to propagate itself rather quickly.

As you can see, it is in a deep puple with pale purple fowers, and I have it in both my garden beds as well as weeping from a number of large pots.
