Very pretty leaves and reddish stems. I am wondering what it actually is....

It looks like amaranth to me.

That is a nice looking plant. I hope that is what it is. Wonder how it got there cuz I never planted seeds of that kind. Do its seeds come in bird feed or suet cakes?
