Is it a tree/bush like a a vine type??

To me, it sorta looks like Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum)
Posted By: weezie13 Re: Little white flowers - November 10th, 2006 at 12:52 AM
I kinda don't think it's the knotweed
*I don't think the leaves are quite the same*

but I think this flower has been here before,
sommeeeewhereeeeeeee's in the Mystery Section..

It was something like a wild cherry or something,
but for the life of me, I can't remember.

I know someone had it and someone else identified it... Duh Duh Duh Duh

my first thought was foamflower, but i dont think the leaves are the same,
what about some sort of snakeroot???

It still looks viny to me.

I'm not positive about my ID, as I couldn't find any pictures of silver lace vine that showed the leaves, but one of the sites I found described the silver lace vine as having heart shaped leaves.

The one's that luigi57 posted,
look like there's *for the lack of a
better word* starbursts (stamens') sticking'
out of the flowers, where as the one's you
posted, are more smooth...

Like of a side ways view of the flowers..

It's used as a vine plant.
It seems a Boussingaultia cordifolia (Basellaceae), but I am not sure.
Regards.

That's very close looking, but I think Luigi got it.. *Thanks for tryin'... this one had me stumped too* shocked

~~~~>Luigi,
I think you're right..
& you solved your own Mystery... shocked wink laugh thumbup clp
Here's a link to some info on it...
Anredera cordifolia / Boussingaultia cordifolia Ten.
It seems like quite an invasive plant???
How is it for you???
That looks right to me too. Weezie, like you said, the stamens stick out farther than on the Polygonums.
-----> weezie13
Yes, it's rather invasive.
I have found some wild plant (not cultivated) here in Italy.
