Looks like micronutrient deficiency...iron, zinc or manganese. A foliar spray containing chelated micronutrients applied in the early spring will help solve this deficiency.

I also noticed that your citrus tree have thorns. To my knowledge, Satsuma Seto is thornless, like my dwarf Satsuma Mandarin orange Owari.

Its from Thomason Nursery.Rio valley growers for Acorn nursery.but is ordered through the feed store (saves me shipping cost)
I called. He tells me it is a Seto, but is unsure if mine was one of the grafted ones or own root ones.He says they have both, but that they are not 'thornless' they have small thorns. But we did determine that I received the correct pot.my name is on back of tag.He said they have gone unfertilized since Oct & that once I plant out & insert my citris spike.all will be well in a month or so.Says zinc& magnesuim defcientcy.
How tall is yours? He says will be 8-15 ft for me...Is that still dwarf? My plant is 4 yrs old and has fruited once I was told.I've decided to plant at corner of house so if temps DO go below 18 I can at least cover it some to protect it some and is also a warmer spot in the yard (climate pocket I call it)how far out from house do you recomend?????????

THANKS!!!!!

How tall is yours?
My dwarf Satsuma Mandarins are planted in 17" Rubbermaid plastic pots. They are about 42" tall and about 34" spread [canopy].

Yes, dwarf at 8-10ft. and semi-dwarf up to 15ft.

Your Satsuma Setu will begin full production at 7-8 years. Mandarin oranges will tolerate 22*F-23*F, but active growth will take place starting at 55*F; temp. range of 70*F-90*F will be the ideal range. My Satsuma Mandarins are against concrete walls so they get reflected heat as well.
There are differing "micro-climate" locations [climate pocket as you call it] in the garden or yard; you just need to locate the best micro-climate for a given plant.

Considering that your tree will be planted directly in the ground and the height range from dwarf to semi-dwarf, and allowing for the spread [canopy]; in my opinion the tree should be located away from the house between 5-10ft.
