I think it looks like a mexican bird or paradise but the leaves look different

I don't know what it is either But it's beautiful!!! Does it self seed??

Unfortunately it doesnt produce seeds angelbossom...woops may b i should check that out first when i get home...never tried looking for da seeds... they root SO VERY EASILY...n they also have tuberlike thing that grow into da new plant...
