Luigi, that looks like Russian Sage (Perovskia atriplicifolia)

That is a type of salvia...a little difficult to tell exactly, but it looks like Russian Sage.

Russian Sage(Perovskia)is not a true Salvia...but they are in the same family (Lamiaceae/Mint). It is definately a Perovskia
