Your cuttings look very healthy. I didn't know you could root them like that!
I finally saw the lady who gave them to me in ths store. They are crown-of-thorns, but she has several colors, and is not sure which I ended up with. I like surprises.
Barley clown, that is a crown of thorns for sure. They are grown here in florida as a foundation planting. They like an alkaline soil, very well drained, can withstand drought and high temps but will die if the temp drops. Not for outside if you live anywhere it freezes... the only ones I have seen around here have blossoms that are yellow or red. The red seems to do the best. Hope that helped!
rugby, around here they commonly sell "crown of thorns" with the short spikes. i can't remember what they call the other one, but i've seen it with a different common name.
