The top one is an arrow head philadendron (spelling?). I just water mine once a week and they grow like crazy.

1st is syngomium podophyllum 'arrowhead vine'

not a philodendron

plant in planting mix and water regularly

2nd looks like an aglaonema 'chinese evergreen'
