A Calla Lily?
A pink coleus?
An Idunno'?
Carly,
I'm not much into house plants,
but I know the pink one is.....
The Polka Dot Plant/Hypoestes phyllostachya Weezie
Carly I think weezie is right. the pink one looks like my pink Polka Dot also the green one looks kinda like my green polka Dot. The way it is laying makes it hard for me to see and be sure.
ooooh, oooooh, I just looked at
the photo a bit better..
The top big one looks like a
Growing Peace Lilies as House Plants/Spathiphyllum floribundum Weezie
The other one??
Pepperoni plant or something like that????????
Oh - not a calla lily?
I should have known this - I had a peace lily once before.
Well, I'll let my better half think it's a calla lily. We were reading about them in Canadian Gardening Magazine and he was impressed.
That's why he didn't say 'oh, fer heavens' sake - more plants', when I came home with 'em.
Thank you for your i. d. talents, people - I knew I could depend on you here.
Hmm...a peperomia, perhaps?
A pepperomia? Never heard of that one - anyhoo, it looks good.
Doesn't look like the Peace Lily should be planted in the ground so I'll keep it going in the office window.
I have seen the polka dot plant in people's gardens, but I think I'll wait a bit.
The other one - the pepperomia - it looks like somebody I might get on well with.
I gotta' get a green pepper plant too - they are so nice, the foliage is great.
peace lily, yes
pink polka dot plant, yes
the green one? dunno
neither of the top 2 are suited for year round out side in toronto.
