i am new to th forum so please excuse the confusion i was wondering if someone can tell me what the name of this shrub is i think its some kind of holly but was told different please help wavey not sure not sure

My guess to your mystery plant is a Schefflera, a common houseplant that can be set outside in the warmer months in bright shade. Is your shrub planted in the soil or in a container?

it is planted in the ground and it stands about four feet tall

It looks like a Pieris to me.

I bet it is Pieris Japonica after seeing some images. It's amazing how much the foliage looks like Schefflera. wink Pieris images and info

shocked sorry about the pics i wasn't sure how to resize thanks for the info some one told me about the pieris but i that the leaves looked longer than what i have and i am not sure if it gets flowers or if they are berries confused
