I put some things in my Lily bed that I'd started from seed, because I didn't know anything about them & wanted to wait & find out if they were deer proof before I decided where to plant them). Over the summer I pretty much forgot about them, because some of the markers got "gone" or moved. (I think I have too much HELP in the garden some times!) Duh (Tree? Bush? Flowers?)

Anybody know if that's what this is?

The poor thing looked pretty darned sad after I uprooted it! I put it in a pot & it sat in the sun for a couple hours till I was done weeding, & I thought I'd killed it! It perked back up after a couple days in the shade though.

OK... so far, I've gleaned that "Manihot" is a hibiscus! (Thanx, Triss)

So, that must mean full sun & good soil. Duh
Anybody know anything else about it?

The flower is yellow.

I do not think they are hardy in our area, but I am growing mine in the house anyhow.
