I had someone here ID the same shrub for me last year, it's a yew! Aren't they beautiful! thumbup

Definitely a Taxus. Those berries and most of the other parts of these tree are toxic (the red part isn't). People around here don't plant them anymore because of the deer.

sure looks like Taxus brevifolia to me
