I first got this plant as a small cutting from my son's friend in college. It has grown well for me, and is currently in its first bloom cycle. The "flowers" do not look like flowers, but long green pointed spikes.

Do you know if there are seeds inside them?

wow! thats cool lynne!
i have a peperomia jayde it says the flowers for months, but never seen mine bloom!

Patty - I have no idea - I'm leaning towards no, just because of how it appears, but would love for someone who knows these plants to answer for you.

sibyl - this is the first time in 1 1/2 years that I've had it that it's blooming.

Lynne, I used to have that type peperonia (died in a move) & now have a ripple leaf peperonia. It seems to bloom spring & fall (late fall since it still has a bloom). The spike bloom is similar & has no seeds. I've only seen it started from a cutting like it sounds like you did.
