I only remember the package saying carribbean or tropical island Mum? Dahlia??? This is the first one this season but more buds are ready

Keep your eye'balls on it and snap
some shotz of it as it grows/flowers, etc...

If that 'other one' isn't bothering any of its neighbours (the hale with yours), let it be - it looks good.

I think your "weed" is St. John's Wort or Hypericum
