In that case, it looks like it doesn't have any roots... i had the same problem with mine..
I put some rooting agent on mine, and potted it back up... I haven't seen an improvement yet, but on the other hand, it hasn't gotten worse...

Mine would have been long-gone if it weren't for Margaret E. Pell... She's the best!
I hope she sees this, she'll be able to help!

I used Rootone for mine... I'm also using it for my cuttings form other plants...

Let them dry out and kinda "harden" over and then pot up....you can do it without rooting hormone, but it will help to have it, I suppose. Make sure to leave it for a week or two before you water it and then water very sparingly...they get soggy and die of root rot if overwatered, especially in winter.

Sprout is right- I would've lost mine had it not been for margaret also! She rocks!!
