It looks familiar...can't place it though... It looks kinda like something I have only I think mine is smaller, with redder stems, and grows along the ground in a cluster like...may be something totally different, I dunno? Duh

It's a sapling that wants to be a tree - and I'll betcha' you've got something near it that has berries on it - or did have some berries on it.

It looks similar to a mystery plant I have growing - see my post below "Mountain Ash".

The leaves seem to be a similar shape but mine seem more evenly spaced. Are yours rough or smooth texture?
