No, really. I have a
plant that I bought at PetSmart (not sure what it is), that was meant to be in a tank with lizards and things - designed for humidity. I put it in my tank with my carnivorous
plants. It looks like a Pothos, though I know it's not.
Anyway, it had these normal looking leaves until one day it sprouted a leaf that never opened. It looked like a little closed-up tube. Very cute, but never thought much of it. Tonight I got curious and stuck my thumb down the seam to see why it wouldn't open, or if it would at all. I found a long brown mass, that really looked just like a big turd. It was the strangest thing. I've never heard of
plants pooping.
Anyone have any idea what this might be? In the first picture, it's what the little tube looked like AFTER I stuck my thumb in it. Before that, it was completely closed. Anyway here are some pics.
