Hm, I'm not too sure if it's an oleander, the ones I've seen seem to have double flowers. Maybe Luigi, if you can take a picture o the whole plant

I have seen them like that as well. It just looks really similar between the flower and the leaves.

I don't think that it's an oleander, that I know very well and that you can see in this photo.

The flower is hairy.
It seems to be a plant of Scrophulariaceae.
