I just need some help identifing what it is, and I was thinking it's looking a little "stringy". Is it suposed to grow "vine-like" or should it be "tree-like" or ... lol. Those are the TECHNICAL terms here now... laugh

Amber,
Did it come with that stake already,
or did you add it??

If it was left in the trailing habit,
I would almost say it's a Green Wandering Jew..
*just trained up the stalk...*

actually no, I just put that stake in there cos it was all flopping on the floor and didn't look very nice! It was only about 7 inches when I got it and it was growing up and up, and then edventually it flopped, it's about 24 inches or so now...

I second Weezie, it is a tradescantia (wandering jew). It grows like a vine.

You might try clipping it at the end,
and stripping a few bottom leaves, and then stick that part into some water..
It should re~root for you...
(and possibly make it or force to do
some reshooting some side shoots for you...
then it won't be soooooo lanky either)
