I've had these two plants for a little over a year now so I've figured out how to care for them, but I would love to have a name for them, a "real" name. I've provided two pictures for the first plant so that the shape and the markings can be seen. It reminds me of Mother-In-Law's Tongue or Sansevieria trifasciata except that it's cylindrical as opposed to the leaves being flat like the other plant. The other plant is adorable. I call it "lots of hearts". wink

the first one looks like what's in a post from about 2 weeks ago. i can't find it tho.

could you get a another pic of the other? in better light and maybe a close-up of the leaves?

the corkscrew thingy looks cool!! could you post a full pic of that too? i just want to see what the whole thing looks like!

and here's a picture of the corkscrew rush, it's a bog plant so it's sitting in a pie dish of water otherwise i would have pulled it out to get a picture of it by itself...

I love your corkscrew rush too! Very nice!

The first one is a Sansevieria. I think those types are called Sansevieria cylindrical, not sure which one though.
The second one looks like a Dischidia ruscifolia, but I am not 100% sure on that one.

I love the hanging plant with the heart-shaped leaves.I guess I am mostly attracted to it as I grow alot of ivy and philodendron and others that trail.What kind of light and care does it require?Where did you purchase it?
