We are supposed to have frost tonight, and my Glads, Cannas, and Tulips are all sprouting, I have some Glads about 6 inches already. Will they be okay? Should I cover them?

if you can spread a sheet over them, or rake some leaves/mulch over them. but honestly, they will probably be ok. i'd just call the covering extra insurance.

The frost can definitely nip the cannas, but it won't kill them...they'll just start up again when the weather gets warmer. As mentioned, I would cover them all except maybe for the tulips...they can usually handle frost.
