Okay, so ya, here in NH, we have a place to go to called Wagon Hill Farm. We went there, and i was wandering around in the woods when i found this and collected it:

I've been searching around online for hours and i can't figure out what it is for the life of me o.O Sorry for the crappy pix >.< Its so thin that my dad's digital camera *which i hijacked... shhhhh* doesn't wana focus on it, but it likes to focus on whatever's behind it lol.

So ya ^.^ If you guys could help that'd be awesome! It loves shade and moisture. I donno if its a fungus or not.
