OP luigi57 Member L Joined: Oct 2006 Southern Italy	Its smell is good, similar to that of mentha. In this region we call it "menta maggiorana", but I don't know if it's the real Origanum majorana. The pictures that I found with Google are not very clear. We use this herb to prepare a cake. Luigi
