Well,,after my stop at Hewits Garden center I walked out with a 12" Terakata (spelling) pot. Crushed marbel stone and 2 bags of
cactus dirt I was ready for replanting. As some as you know, I goit this
plant from my grandmother who passed away. I wanted to wait awhie before i replanted this monster. I figured 2 months was enough time. She as acclimated well but she was cramped. I was amazed by the weight of this thing 25lbs damn! I put her in a 12 inch pot with about inch and a half of crushed marble rock some soil on top of that, then I just cut theold pot off plopped her in and filled the rest of the space with some soil. I kept the soil depth the same depth roughly 5 inches. I had to take some 1 by 3 pieces of wood, notch them steak the bottoms and use them as crutches to hold up the branches. As you can see from the pics it look awesome. Thanks to everyone for all of your help. I learned so much about my Aloe. Enjoy the pics. The pics taken in sunlight were taken the 1st week I got it in NOV. The other pics were taken today. Before shots in her plastic pot, and after in her new pot. When shopuld I water it? The sand that it was in was a wee bit damp. But the leaves look healthy.
