Yep, I do absolutely nothing to mine either....
They are almost like
weeds here now..
The first year I had bought mine in a 6 pk,
I never even planted mine, didn't find a space for them and they over wintered in the 6 pk outside on top of soil...
This is my first attempt at growing strawberries, so I will appreciate any help/answers given.
The best advice I can give you is to remember when you
plant them yourself, not to
plant them too deep.. half in and half out of the dirt so to speak... *they'll survive if you
plant them more out of the soil, then in completely in the soil..
And the first 3 years you have your strawberries, you're better off snipping any runner/baby off the
plant.. your momma
plant will be healthier and root and fruit better..
Then after that, it's better to let them run runner roots/
plants.. *and watch how they attach themselves to the ground, it'll help you emensely how they grow*
And watch
weeds....
