Anonymous Unregistered A	Can anyone identify this? You can see the purple underside in the bottom-left corner of the picture. My father-in-law said that his fingers became inflamed after touching the plant. I'd like to figure out what this is so we can decide whether to remove it. We live in the Ft. Lauderdale / Miami area. zuzu's petals Member Joined: Aug 2005 coastal n.c.	Sorry if I caused any confusion. Those are just two common names for the same plant, Rhoeo spathacea, a member of the Tradescantia family.
