All 18 of my tomato seedlings (Better Boys) have developed a strange problem I've never seen before. The tops all did a u-turn and are facing down toward the soil and so did all the limbs! They appear perfectly healthy otherwise. Anyone else ever seen this problem?!?!

You sure they don't just need to be watered?

Nope--they are perfectly healthy and firm except for the weird look they now have. I went and bought new ones today just to be sure I'm not putting aliens into my garden soil laugh shk

I'm thinking they got a bit too leggy from insufficient light, got top heavy and the stems were unable to support the growth. If this is the case, plant them out anyway, being careful not to damage the stalk when straightening it.

I would transplant them. Sounds to me like they are struggling. They need more room. My 2 cents worth.
