I'm still a newbie, so please bear with me. Can anyone ID these for me? smile

1) I'm not sure if this is a weed that came in the seedling mix, or a stray seed that came in the Tabasco pepper seed bag... do any peppers have red stems like this? I can't tell what those little white "fingers" are on the leaf tips...

2) Sorry this pic is blurry, but it was hard to get close enough to see any of the leaf detail. Of 8 Thai pepper seedlings, one of them has this yellowish pattern over its leaves, even the new leaves. Is this diseased, or some different type of pepper?

Duh

Thanks!

I'm trying to remember if my verigated capscum seedlings had the verigation show up that early. I would think that if there was a problem, the seedling would at least have mishapen leaves.
I'm not an expert at all, but I'm leaning towards a different kind of pepper. Why don't you isolate it (in case there is a problem) and see what happens?
