A few months ago, I bought a Pink Bower Vine at a local nursery. It got brought inside a couple weeks ago so the cold didn't get it. Tonight, I found a POD on it! Does anybody know anything about these plants? I'm uploading two pics - one in bloom and one from tonight. [Linked Image]

TIA!

That's a beautiful plant! One of the nice things about these forums is that I get to see plants I don't know about. This is one to keep in mind, thanks. Here's what I found:

Thanks!

I actually found most of those pages...but they don't tell much - I guess I'm really looking for personal experiences.

I'm considering trying to propogate - I read that the seeds germinate easily, and the vines root if they are touching dirt. Do you think anybody would be interested in having some, if it works out? (obviously, it would be a little while...have to have my fun and experiment first!

Lol...I've got one started - pegged down into the soil but still attached to the plant. Now, if only the dogs would leave it alone! I've already had to reset it a couple times, and it's only been a day!
