I love cucumbers and have seen this recipe on
French's Recipes for Salad Dressing,
It sounded kinda good,
so I copied and pasted it here.
What do you think???

COOL & CREAMY CUCUMBER DRESSING
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time:
Ingredients:
1 large (8 ounces) cucumber, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
weed or 2 teaspoons dried dill
weed 2 tablespoons French'sŪ Napa Valley Style Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black
pepper Directions:
1. Combine cucumber, sour cream, dill, mustard, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and
pepper in blender or food processor. Cover and process until well blended. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
2. Serve over mixed salad greens, if desired.
Makes 1 1/3 cups dressing
