Rosie, go right ahead. I've been meaning to do that too. I have a cd of flowers to print. Wanted to take them to Wal-Mart. My neighbor does some machine and puts text on the pic. It is soo neet. I could probly do that but it uses so much ink. Or maybe I have 'so much' pictures. Have you enlarged them? I'd like to to almost poster size of some.
Have Fun

PattyM, I will look for the tag. Hope it had one. It was the last one I saw at WalMart. Have you noticed I do about all my shopping there? It is all we have, besides Lowe's.

Diane and Patty - I just do google searches for smiley faces and emoticons - don't have any special websites - I just have far tooooo much time on my hands! laugh shocked Duh

Diane - I think you should submit that picture somewhere - it needs to get recognition - even published - it is at the very least, calendar worthy!!!

JUST SPECTACULAR!!!! cool

Lynne, thanks so much. Funny how simple things turn out great.
Patty, I didn't find a tag for that mum. I'm not really sure if it is hardy. Can't find it on any web site. I could send you a few cuttings if you'd like to try to start one.

Diane, was it indoors or outdoors at Wal-Mart? If it was indoors, it's probably a florist mum (which is looks like it might be) and not hardy. I have a different one that I'm gonna try to keep inside this winter and see if it will rebloom next year. I think yours is gorgeuos!

Thanks, Patty...I have a lot of fun, playing around with framing pretty pictures. I used the free edition of FxFoto for that one. It has a ton of options and after getting familiar with the program, it's really easy to use.

OH WOW! That turned out great. I can't believe that's my pic.
Oh and the mum was in the protected part of outside. Where they put their other plants. So maybe.

Here's a link to a great site that lists bunches of hardy mum varieties with photos, but that particular one isn't listed. ters

Alan, Yes I believe it is. Tanager is what there're called. I had to scroll all the way down but it looks like it.
Thanks for the site. I did a search but came up empty.

It does look like it, doesn't it, except yours has more color in the center. Do they get more color as they age?

I think so. The pic on the web site has some in the back that have more color. I have'nt seen any new blooms on mine yet.
Thanks so much for turning to the site. They have some really nice mums.
Diane
