I'm having my grandma over for dinner tomorrow and I've decided to make cottage roll. She's never had it?! I've always boiled mine and then I put it in the oven just long enough to absorb my homemade glaze. Now, I've also heard of people roasting it. How does everyone cook their cottage roll? Is roasting it better?
