i got clematis seeds and the seed site said to winter germanate.
do i plant the seeds out side now?
or could i put em in the frig?
they can germinate in 62/127 days,
any avdice????

Sybil, I've never tried clematis, but I've had success with winter germinating other seeds with embryo dormancy in the fridge. I use sandwich bags, sometimes simply with damp sand mixed with the seed, and other times I plant in small pots with potting soil and then enclose the pots in the sandwich bags.

If you use the fridge be prepared to mist or water often. Or at least that was my experience with the columbines I did over the summer. I did have good success though.
