Good drainage is a good start. You can improve the beds as for regular potatoes. Plenty of organic matter. Use runners to get them started. You can strike your own runners from pieces of tubers in a glass of water. Take off all the leaves on a piece of runner about 12" long and bury it and leave just the tip above ground level. Lift the growing runners occassionally to stop them taking root. This will reduce the yield. They're hard to get rid of so plant them where you want them:-)
