Hi!
I know this is pretty general, but...Can anyone recommend a house plant that's really easy to take care of (other than a cactus)? The apt. I'm in right now has no direct light and I'm having a really hard time keeping plants alive.

Thanks

Try an asparagus fern, that's the one and only indoor plant that has survived with me for 15 years..................

My most do not care plant is the Mother-in-law, Sansevieria. I water once a month and it lives.

Also, Spider plants.

What about a philo or lucky bamboo. These are what I started out with and have been very low maintenance.

African Violets in self watering pots are very easy to take care of, and like indirect light. Philodendron do well also in those conditions. I also grow scheffelera and dieffenenbachi in indirect light and only keep them watered and fertilize occasionally.
