Hi all - I was just searching for a crab rangoon recipe that uses muffin tins versus deep frying and ran across this first thing - this is the exact recipe I wanted - thanks cheeno. We had a wine tasting and things like duck, meat, chicken, goat cheeses, were the preferred flavors associated with this wine so the person who brought the dish smoked a chicken and used that in place of the crab - just thought I'd share that tidbit!
Again, thanks for the recipe!!!!!
