Danno..I think you'd be better off googling for a recipe.
I make mine to suit my taste....LOTS of chilis..low sodium V8, etc, etc.
Most recipes uses tomatoe juice. I also use a mixture of fresh basil and garlic chives for the herbs where most recipes use parsley and cilantro. You'll just have to read a recipe and adjust it to how you like it. thumbup
Sheri..the flaxseed doesn't change the taste at all..but I wish I would have taken the picture before I added it because it DOES change the appearance. My boyfriend says it looks like a bowl of vomit. Isn't that nice of him. perpl

It was awesome!! It always is!! Was enough to feed me for two days.
Today, I'm making oven roasted tomato soup with my tomatoes, my shallots, my garlic, my basil, my chilis....YUM!!

Have you had Gazpacho before John? What a refreshing meal to enjoy on these hot summer days! flw
