I also put dill seeds in it and it gives it a rye taste. It's yummy tosted or fresh with cream cheese spread on top! I use a bread machine to do all the work for me- I can't make bread by hand no matter how hard I try. I love the machine though- and they are pretty reasonably priced at discount stores. 'Manda
