I like this place,it's fun!

...We have sandollar weeds. I pull out a bunch everyday and they never stop.

...wish the sand dollars woudl stay at the beach!!!!!!!!

they look like sand dollars connected by a vine horizontaly. That might not be their real name but because we are floridians over here, we named them that. They look similar to water lilies too, except out of the water (hehe)

Dollar Weed

It is also known as pennywort. VERY tough weed to get rid of as it spreads underground on runners. When you pull them you need to make sure you get as much of the runner as you can,as they will come back from just the smallest piece. They like a very moist environment. I don't get them in my yard,I get them in my flower beds :p I have had success eliminating them from my yard by using a weed and feed,but,am scared to use it in my flower beds.

My bakc yard was infested with that stuff, we call it creeping charlie. I used weed and feed also. For my gardens, I use paper towel cylinders or the ones from the toliet paper. put those over the weeds in the gardens then spray it with round up, that way you just get the weeds and do not have to worry about ruining your flowers or veggies.
