Last fall I planted 3 spirea bushes from the same distributor planted in the same soil location. Two of the bushes have full beautiful foliage, but the third can best described this way:
1) some branches are bare
2) some branches have foliage that have not opened up
3) some branches have foliage that have only partially opened up
4) some branches have foliage that have fully opened up
Only about one forth of the branches have fully opened up.
I live in
zone 6 (Central Pennsylvania).
Can this bush be saved?
