Now this is a rough copy of a handmade recipe,
so, bare with me..

Ingredients:
Rosa Marina Pasta
1 can crushed Pineaples
2 cans Mandarine Oranges
*or Fruit Cocktail or your favorite canned fruit*
***SAVE JUICE FROM ONE OF THE CANS OF FRUIT***
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 container of Cool Whip
(chopped cherries optional)

Cook~ 1/2 box of Rosa Marina as directed on box.
*Do NOT Over Cook*
Then cool.

Drain~
1 can of crushed pineapple
2 cans of Mandarine Oranges
~~>or Fruit Cocktail
or your favorite kind of canned fruit

Add in a seperate sauce pan
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
and Juice from 1 can of fruit

Cook until thick~Set aside to cool.

After everything is cooled,
Put Rosa Marina Pasta and Sugar and Flour
in a container together...
Then fold in 1 container of Cool Whip, then fold in fruit.
Add chopped Cherries..*optional but good for color*

Chill before serving...

Some people use jello but I think it gives it a wierd texture... I just like the fruit and cool whip!! You could add color if you wanted to make it more festive...

Ohhh don't forget the strawberries and blueberries.. Ohhh eek Now I have to go get a bunch of fruit and make some of this!! p

I only cook chicken in the oven these days too unless I boil it in something...

Tonight we are having some chicken too boiled down in salsa and made into a burrito..

I wish I had some of that fruit to go on the side.. sheesh next week when I go shopping I am going to have to get all that...

I took the skin off my chicken , put it into milk and egg mix, and coat it with white cracker .
Rolled crackers to make them fine and put in Parsley , Paprika and Season All.......
Dip and coat ......Put them in the oven on a rack.
Bake 350ยบ for an hour .
I put the scalloped tators in the same time in one of those glass dishes.

Peel and slice tators
Onions sliced
layered.....add Hot milk to cover.
Sprinkle generous pepper on top . Bake right with the chicken.

Delicious.
