Diane and I were discussing this the other night in the CH, and Merme had also expressed interest in the recipe, so here it is. It's really easy, and a great side dish!potato
6 medium potatoes
(2 1/2 lbs.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup matzoh meal
1/4 tsp. pepper
(though my mom adds just a bit more)
1 large onion
and onion - using a hand grater or food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish to bake at 375* for 1 hour or until crisp. Serves 6-8.
It's very easy and tastes great!
Now that we've been discussing it, I'll be getting more potatoes
next trip to the store so we can have some here!
