Duh

howdi folks,

can you please tell me what you know about the aguilegea vulgaris,will guinness type.(not sure bout spelling ,threw away card(i know i forgot to put it in my gardning scrapbook,normally i always do)

is it soppose to be so high compare to it s leaves,it already had a couple of flowers when it was bought and grew a couple more but now all i got is what seem to me like tiny bulbs,but it wont florish for now ,maybe later...please help would be appreciated.
