Hi. I have these two plants at work and I'm not sure of what they are. i don't think anyone ever looked after them, when I came here in May I repotted them because they were in those baskets they give for gifts. I would love if I could get an identification. Thanks

Second one with the red center on the leaves is a coleus and the third one is a pathos. First one I don't know sorry. Good pictures. If you do some selective pruning of the coleus and give it more light it will come in with a darker color more leaves and bigger ones two. It will look a whole lot better. It likes to be moister than many house plants. It is an annual but you can keep it alive for several years if you pinch off any flower spikes that bloom. If it produces seeds it's pretty much done for.

I think the first one is a Birds Nest fern (Asplenium nidus).

I think the first one looks like a draceana, but I'm not too sure...

Maybe Will can help when he drops by. He's the expert in houseplants.

Cool guys...that's great. If I take a bit off the 2nd one (coleus) can I take it home and plant it? Will it grow?

Amber, coleus is one of the easiest plants to root in water.

#1 is Dracaena possibly(Dracaena deremensis Janet Craig)
#3 is a Pathos (possibly Silver Queen)
#4 has from what I can tell 2 or more plants in it. Syngonium(arrowhead plant) & heartleaf philodendron

I just want to clarify... the bigger leaves are the Syngonium and the smaller leaves would be the heatleaved philodendron??

Gardencrazy knows her plants! All of her ID's are correct with one slight oversight. The Janet Craig is a 'compacta' variety and that distinguishes it from the more common Dracaena 'Janet Craig' that has much larger leaves and grows much taller.

Pothos is the correct spelling.

Your Coleus will do much better after it is pruned back and placed in a sunny window.

That defintely looks like it is all Syngonium podophyllum or Arrowhead plant.

Amber~ Thanks for the better pictures. There isn't a heartleaf philo in there.
I can't be positive as to the other plant in the pot.

I don't know how you did that closeup, but I am impressed.

I see what you mean, but I think it is the odd angle that is foreshortening the leaf shape. The stems look consistent with Syngonium.

Perhaps Amber can tell us if it looks like two different kinds of plants in there. She's the one who has the goods!

lol. I have goods?? They weren't so good looking a while ago...but with some help (mostly from you guys) their comming along. The stem of the little leaves does look like the Syngonium steam, it could be newer growth...smaller leaves?

actually, I just went to take a look...and no, the stem is indeed different. I can post some pictures but not today, because I don't have my camera at work today. Maybe tomorrow. (I will try to do as well as Donna did with her close-ups)
